I was recently visiting a business and when I walked in the door I truly felt special. There was just a small little thing that they did that made me feel like a queen. I realized how important it is to make your clients feel uber special. This is a wonderful marketing strategy for client and customer retention when you own a business. Have you ever been added to an email list without permission? I have, on many occassions and it has actually made me NOT want to buy from that person, even if I liked them to begin with. I'm going to share with you about the value of your email list and the proper way to ask for it. Your email list, no matter what business you are in, is a major asset. So, if you have no list you have no clients right? You can't regularly market without a list. Now, I just share a little bit about email list, you can still build a mailing list, which I highly encourage. But for now, I'll keep it short.
